Jill was Jan Berry's longtime girlfriend and songwriting partner in the '60s. She was also a brief member of the Mamas & Papas . . . she co-wrote a couple of songs for The Yellow Balloon . . . and was an official photographer at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967. One of Jill's photos of Jimi Hendrix from Monterey Pop was recently featured on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine.
The authentic music charts reproduced in the background are from Jan Berry's personal collection, and reflect two songs co-written by Jill that Jan arranged and produced . . . "When It's Over" (1964) and "It's A Shame To Say Goobye" (1965).
